A Whole New Decade Begins

It's weird to think the calendar is already turning again, but this time it's going to be the 20's. I don't know if you're one of those people who looks at history or not, but the last time we hit the 20's, we had things like prohibition, underground crime, the start of the Great Depression, huge shifts in wealth, and some definite changes in social status for women. That's an awful lot. Who knows what might happen this time around...

All I know for certain is that I'm still writing...slowly, but writing...I'm going to have a new book out this year (or two), and I'm working at getting my out of print Sons of Midnight series from Harlequin back up as ebooks under my own publishing wing.

For the last two years, I've been teaching English and Creative Writing at two colleges and a high school, and it's amazing what you learn from another side of an industry about what they consider a good book (aka literature) and why. My goal for 2020 (really the whole decade and my whole life) is to get better as a writer, aways improving, so that the stories I create for you entertain or move you, make you happy for a moment in time or get you thinking about this thing we call life.

So let the new decade begin, and let's see what happens!
